Fun Activities for Guernsey Enthusiasts!

What a fun packed day for all Guernsey breeders! The youth quiz bowl competition took place this morning and had participants from many different states. Later on, people attended the welcome dinner and were delighted with a funny magician to close the night.

2016 National Guernsey Convention

Kicked off the 2016 National Guernsey Convention today with tours to Breezy Point Farm, Lark Toys, and the National Eagle Center! These Guernsey breeders are in for a fun and enjoyable trip here in Bloomington, Minnesota. Watch for more blogs for highlights on this years convention!

The first full day of the National Ayrshire Convention in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisted of the amazing National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. 
During the afternoon we went to the State Fairgrounds for Field Days hosted by Hall's Ayrshires. 4-H, youth, FFA and the National Convention goers attended and competed in a judging contest of 5 great Ayrshire cow classes.

Milking Shorthorn Enthusiasts convene in Ohio

The American Milking Shorthorn Society National Convention is underway in Dublin, Ohio. Tours of Select Sires, the Columbus Zoo, a National Heifer Show and the Annual Meeting have all taken place.
